Ar-Ge çalışmalarına önem veren Tezmaksan, lojistik ve malzeme taşıma işlemlerinin yoğun olduğu sektörlere yönelik CubeBOX-AMR sistemini geliştirdi. Karanlık fabrika konseptine uyumu sayesinde “otonom hareket”, “esneklik”, “kolay entegrasyon” ve “iletişim yetenekleri”ne sahip olan CubeBOX-AMR sistemi robotları, işletmelere rekabet avantajı sağlamanın yanı sıra üretim verimliliğini de artıracak özellikleriyle fark yaratıyor. Türkiye talaşlı imalat sanayinin yurt dışındaki rekabeti ve yüksek ihracatı için teknoloji yatırımlarını Ar-Ge çalışmalarıyla destekleyen Tezmaksan, geliştirdiği çözümler arasına bir yenisini ekledi. Karanlık fabrika konseptine uyumlu olarak “metal yakalı çalışan” anlayışıyla tasarlanan yeni CubeBOX-AMR robot sistemi, işletmelerin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda darboğaz yaşadıkları, yüksek maliyetleri ve operasyonel giderleri olan stoklama ve lojistik süreçlerinde yalınlık, uçtan uca planlama, ERP entegrasyonu ve insansız çalışma gibi birçok fayda sağlayacak.
CubeBOX-AMR ile üretim verimliliğinde yeni dönem başlıyor

“Our aim is to optimize the production process while increasing production efficiency. For this reason, we have come to the end of developing our CubeBOX-AMR solution, which we will launch this year, following the robotic solutions and FMS (flexible manufacturing systems) software in the CubeBOX range and three-axis CNC lathes. Our aim with our CubeBOX-AMR systems is to provide many benefits such as simplicity, end-to-end planning, ERP integration and unmanned operation in the stocking and logistics processes, which are bottlenecked, have high costs and operational expenses, in line with the needs of businesses. As a result of this and the many benefits it will bring, businesses will achieve a significant increase in productivity in production. Thanks to the increase in automation that our CubeBOX-AMR system will create, material handling and logistics processes will be automated. This will reduce or eliminate manual handling operations that require human intervention, while minimizing human errors. In addition, with the ‘flexibility and scalability’ it will provide, it can be easily reconfigured to quickly respond to the production demands of businesses. ‘Better planned production flow’ will increase on-time deliveries and operational efficiency. CubeBOX-AMR, with its ‘fast and precise transportation’ sensitivity, will allow the material flow in the production line to be accelerated and the processes to be managed more efficiently. “Our system, which detects environmental obstacles and avoids collisions with its ‘safety infrastructure’ feature, will increase production efficiency and reduce operating costs with its structure that enables efficiency and cost savings,” he said.
Compatible with the dark factory concept
Stating that the CubeBOX-AMR system will be beneficial to sectors where logistics and material handling operations are intense, Aydoğdu continued his words as follows: “As Tezmaksan, our difference is to operate our CubeBOX-AMR product in tandem with our 43 years of knowledge and the existing CubeBOX product range. In this way, in the G2R (Goods To Robot) concept, we will carry out the entire process unmanned in the dark factory concept, from the areas where the work pieces are stored, directly to our robotic CubeBOX systems, from there to CNC machines, and after the machining process, to directing the finished work piece back to the stock area untouched. “Export is our first target, especially for this product, through our dealership network in four continents that we have and constantly develop, and our 24/7 service capability.”
