Legrand Group Announces Two New Acquisitions in the Data Center Sector.

Legrand Group, a specialist in products and systems for building, electrical, and digital infrastructures, announced two new acquisitions in the rapidly growing data center sector, which represents 26% of the group's revenue. Legrand Group acquired Keydak and TES.

Legrand Group, specializing in products and systems for building, electrical, and digital infrastructures, completed two new acquisitions in the rapidly growing data center sector, representing 26% of the group's revenue. By acquiring Keydak and TES, Legrand Group continues its growth strategy in the data center sector. Keydak, based in China, has over €60 million in annual revenue with more than 330 employees, while TES, based in the UK, provides power distribution systems and generates more than half of its revenue from data centers.

“Acquisitions in the Data Center Sector Generate €285 Million in Additional Annual Revenue”

In a statement regarding the matter, Legrand Group CEO Benoît Coquart said, “These two new transactions strengthen our position in the data center market, both in computing infrastructure (chip perimeter) and in critical power areas. With these announcements, a total of four acquisitions have been announced this year. All of them are in the data center sector, which accounts for 26% of our revenues by the end of 2025. These acquisitions generate approximately €285 million in additional annual revenue and demonstrate the consistent implementation of our strategic roadmap for 2030.”
