Atlas Copco Group hosted the engineers of the future at its Türkiye office.

Atlas Copco Group, having established strong connections with young talent following the ITU Future Engineers Summit, continues to bring its employer brand vision to the field. During the ITU Future Engineers Summit, held between October 20-23, 2025, the company met with students and initiated a CV sharing process with its Human Resources team via a QR code application form created at the event.

Following this process, 9 students from Istanbul Technical University and Marmara University who shared their CVs visited the Atlas Copco Group Turkey office on February 18th. During the technical and cultural introductory program, students received comprehensive information about the company culture, business areas, and career opportunities.

Direct Experience Sharing from Business Areas

As part of the visit program, presentations were given by senior executives from the Compressor Technology Business Area and the Energy Technology Business Area. The executives shared their experiences regarding both their technical areas of expertise and their own career journeys, offering young engineering candidates a concrete perspective on the sector.

In the sessions; Topics such as sustainable production, energy efficiency, digitalization, and industrial process management were discussed, and students’ questions were answered in an interactive environment.

Through a field trip conducted as part of the program, students had the opportunity to observe Atlas Copco Group’s operational processes firsthand. Participants closely examined the functioning of administrative and service operations, combining their theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Atlas Copco Group officials emphasized that this contact with young talent is not just a visit program; it is part of a long-term employer branding approach.
