Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey came in second in the ‘Turkey’s Top 1000 Exporters Research’ conducted by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) with an export figure of $4.6 billion in 2024.
TMMT exports automobiles to all over the world
Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey Inc. General Manager and CEO Erdoğan Şahin said that as TMMT, they provide significant added value to both the region they are located in and Turkey in economic and social terms. Noting that they export 90 percent of their production to all corners of the world, Şahin reminded that the 1 millionth Toyota C-HR Hybrid they produced last year was delivered to its buyer in Australia. Şahin said the following: “As TMMT, we export the hybrid and plug-in hybrid automobiles we produce to countries including Oceania countries such as New Zealand and Australia. Together with these countries, we send the automobiles we produce to 5 continents of the world. Our aim is; together with our 5 thousand employees, we always work to produce better automobiles. While doing this, we provide economic and social contributions to the region we are located in. We constantly develop ourselves, create new technologies and position ourselves ahead of time. In the upcoming period, we will continue to offer the automobiles we produce to world markets with new export markets. We achieve this with the high effort of each of our employees. Once again, I would like to thank all our employees and business partners.”
