A contract has been signed between Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) and Radisson Hotels Group for a planned hotel project within the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone, one of Turkey’s most important organized industrial zones.
Following comprehensive surveys conducted by the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone Directorate, focusing on the needs and expectations of industrialists, another significant investment that will add value to the region is being realized. In this context, a contract was signed between Osmaniye OSB and Radisson Hotels Group for a hotel project planned within the boundaries of Osmaniye OSB, taking into account the region’s increasing business volume and visitor potential.
Osmaniye Governor Dr. Erdinç Yılmaz, speaking about the project, stated, “Our Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone currently manages a strong production, export, and logistics traffic. The healthy functioning of this ecosystem is of great importance for both our region and our country. Therefore, industry needs to be supported not only by production but also by service infrastructure. This project, implemented with this understanding, will strengthen Osmaniye OSB’s investor-friendly vision; it will further enhance the region’s attractiveness, competitiveness, and institutional quality.”
Osmaniye OSB Deputy Chairman of the Board Şerif Tosyalı, noting that the project is part of the industrial zone’s holistic development vision, said, “In Osmaniye OSB, we are planning not only the production capacity but also all the infrastructure and service ecosystem that supports this production.
The increasing investment demand in recent years, our expanding industrial areas, and the intensifying business traffic have made the need for quality accommodation for our industrialists, business partners, and guests even more apparent. The hotel project is a natural complement to the infrastructure strengthening, digitalization, and sustainability-focused investments we are carrying out in our region. The presence of an internationally recognized brand in Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone will contribute to the operational efficiency of our industrialists, while also strengthening the institutional power of our region in the eyes of investors,” he said.
This hotel project, which will be implemented, will significantly meet the need for quality accommodation and service for industrialists operating in Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone, representatives of the business world, protocol members, and guests visiting the region.
