Hızlı stated that they shared the learning culture they developed internally with their business partners. He said, “We brought together leadership development, artificial intelligence awareness, and strategic competencies within a holistic framework. The ‘Leadership Development Program’ elevated the corporate-customer relationship from an operational service model to a strategic business partnership. Participants had the opportunity to meet with executives from different institutions in the same learning environment and share their experiences, resulting in the emergence of a sustainable, collaborative learning-based value creation model. This strengthened our ties with our business partners and broke new ground in our industry by putting this collaborative learning culture into practice. Leadership- and AI-focused development served as a concrete demonstration of our future-oriented strategic partnership approach.” “We strengthened our goal of sustainable business relationships by sharing our customer-focused learning culture.”
Hızlı stated that the Leadership Development Program is also a concrete demonstration of Mplus Turkey’s BPTO vision reflected in the field. He said, “While participants developed their leadership and collaboration skills, we also strengthened our goals of creating sustainable business relationships and shared success by sharing our customer-focused learning culture. By offering a strategic approach that supports the transformation from BPO to BPTO in Turkey, we will continue to be a pioneer in the sector with our value-creating service approach.”
