R+T Turkey 2025, held at the Istanbul Expo Center from November 27–29, 2025, brought together professionals from the interior and exterior shading and automatic door systems sectors under one roof for three days. With a 65% international visitor rate, a record for trade fairs held in Turkey, the fair generated a very strong trade volume for its participants. The fair hosted 6,042 professional visitors from 92 countries, and 150 companies from 16 countries presented their latest products and solutions to the professionals.
As the only international fair in Eurasia, R+T Turkey once again demonstrated the importance of its contribution to the sector with its international diversity in both exhibitors and visitors. As a result of ongoing efforts through the Ministry of Trade, attaché offices, and international representatives of Messe Stuttgart, 6,042 professional visitors from 92 countries chose R+T Turkey for their investment and purchasing decisions. The fair welcomed buyers from nearly every corner of the globe, with Greece, Russia, England, Serbia, Romania, Poland, Lebanon, and Tunisia standing out among the visiting countries. In addition to Europe and the Middle East, the fair also attracted interest from professionals from distant countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Taiwan, and China.
“Our Domestic Manufacturers Received Strong International Attention”
Ufuk Altıntop, General Manager of Messe Stuttgart Ares Fair Organization, emphasized that the fair provided a strong commercial showcase for Turkish manufacturers and highlighted opportunities in export markets. “Our fair raised the bar for international visitors to an even higher level this year. The international visitor rate, which stood at 38 percent in 2023, reached a record high of 65 percent this year. This means that two out of every three visitors came from outside Turkey. International visitors mean new markets and greater export opportunities for our exhibitors.
This year, we saw our exhibitors demonstrate a very strong performance with their product diversity, technological investments, and production quality. The strong interest shown by professionals, especially from the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans, and Europe, in our domestic manufacturers demonstrates that our country’s competitiveness in these regions is increasing every year. Turkey’s export potential in many product groups, from door systems to motorized shading technologies, is now more visible. We are at a critical time for foreign trade, and R+T Turkey’s support These international contacts create a major opportunity for our sector to grow its export volume. The commercial activity generated during these three days has already generated very strong demand for the 2027 edition. New International Business Connections at R+T Turkey

Security, Energy Efficiency, and All-Weather Use Highlighted
This year, the themes of safety, ease of use, and energy efficiency dominated the majority of the exhibited products. Flame-retardant curtain fabrics, motorized shading systems, high-durability door solutions, and all-weather pergola systems were met with considerable interest from visitors. Technologies that enhance fire safety, particularly in communal spaces, were among the highlights of the fair.
Another product group that attracted attention at the fair was the new-generation shading solutions, which stand out with their easy installation features. Thanks to their modular structure, these systems can be quickly installed, allowing for all-season use in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Their high-durability fabric technologies offer long-lasting protection against sun, wind, and rain. These new-generation products, which offer practical solutions for architectural applications with their lightweight, aesthetic, and functional designs, stood out for their increased energy efficiency, particularly in commercial spaces.
