YEO Technology signed an agreement with Astronergy for a $100 million solar power plant

YEO Technology has taken another significant step toward realizing the industry’s largest Build-Operate-Transfer (ESCO) solar power plant (SPP) project with a $100 million investment. YEO Technology has partnered with Astronergy, a domestically produced solar panel manufacturer, for the plant.

Astronergy, a BloombergNEF TOP-6 Tier-1 manufacturer and pioneer of TOPCon 4.0 cell technology, will supply the solar panels for the 160 MWp installed capacity plant. The project will utilize high-efficiency solar panels with an output of 615 Wp. 

Another significant step has been taken in Turkey’s telecommunications sector’s largest Build-Operate-Transfer (ESCO) solar power plant (SPP) investment. YEO Teknoloji, which completed the $100 million SPP investment, has reached an agreement with Astronergy to supply the high-efficiency solar panels for the project. Astronergy, a BloombergNEF TOP-6 Tier-1 manufacturer and pioneer of TOPCon 4.0 cell technology, will supply the solar panels for the 160 MWp installed capacity plant. YEO Teknoloji’s expert teams will manage the investment and project management of the project, and domestically produced, high-efficiency solar panels with an output of 615 Wp will be used.
